Glenn is an employee engagement expert, serial entrepreneur, and author of Build It: The Rebel Playbook for World Class Employee Engagement, the Amazon HR Bestseller. He has over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, company culture and people development. He founded Reward Gateway, the HR tech company and was CEO there for 11 years taking the team to 400 people in 9 countries and achieving revenues of $1bn. He sold the company to Private Equity twice and is now an investor himself and advises boards on scaling up and getting the best out of people. He chairs the Entrepreneurs Panel at Tenzing Private Equity and is an Ambassador for Stonewall.
