Sophie Adelman is Co-Founder and President of WhiteHat, a tech scaleup on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders by building an outstanding alternative to university through apprenticeships. WhiteHat focuses on three core areas; giving employers a framework for measuring potential outside of academics and work experience; bringing incredible content from around the world into applied learning programmes; growing an apprentice community enabling young people to build social capital and strong professional networks.
Prior to WhiteHat, Sophie was Head of EMEA Sales at Hired a US tech startup that has a marketplace approach to recruiting focusing on technical talent. Previously Sophie worked for Lord Jacob Rothschild at RIT Capital focusing on Strategic Investments and as Associate Consultant at Egon Zehnder International. Her career began at Goldman Sachs.
